**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team in Southwark. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be working with pupils aged 5-11 who have identified behavioural, SEMH, SEN including ASD needs that require support.

The role involves working with pupils on either a 1-to-1 basis or class setting during the school day. You will be part of the child's support team, working closely with the school's SENCO and senior management team, as well as outside agencies such as therapists, healthcare professionals, and CAMHS.

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Have a flexible approach
  • Are available for daily temp work
  • Are passionate about supporting children with SEND

**Salary Range:** £22,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience). **Additional Benefits:** Opportunities for professional development, flexible working arrangements, and a supportive team environment.
