We're seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager to spearhead our recruitment efforts in the Midlands and South regions. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition Leadership Team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our end-to-end recruitment strategy and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement attraction and selection strategies to meet business demands
  • Lead a high-performing recruitment team for volume, technical, and functional hiring
  • Support the creation of a compelling Employee Value Proposition (EVP) that aligns with our Arriva brand and values
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment of senior hires and proactively monitor KPIs through the Talent Acquisition funnel
  • Drive continuous improvement across the team and businesses through projects and initiatives
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing recruitment teams in a volume frontline environment
  • Experience in designing and implementing talent acquisition strategies, managing campaigns, and delivering projects across attraction, selection, and employer brand

We offer a competitive package, including a 6% pension, car or car allowance (£6,000), life assurance (x2), and 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
