Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Bellrock Group. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and onboarding top talent for our Technology, Consulting, and Group functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top candidates for our Technology, Consulting, and Group functions.
  2. Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.
  3. Source, screen, and select candidates for interview, ensuring that we attract the best talent for our business.
  4. Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including preparing job descriptions, advertising vacancies, and conducting interviews.
  5. Build relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR colleagues, to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar role.
  2. Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, employment legislation, and industry trends.
  3. Ability to develop and implement successful recruitment strategies, with a focus on attracting top talent for our business.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  5. Proficiency in advanced web searching and prior experience with ATS/CRM systems.
