Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR & Talent Resourcing Manager to join our team in Chorley. As the HR & Talent Resourcing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies, and providing HR support to the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment process, including advertising job vacancies, shortlisting candidates, and conducting interviews.
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Provide HR support to the business, including employee relations, benefits, and training.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR and talent resourcing.
  • Strong recruitment and selection skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
