Job Title: Talent Acquisition Advisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Advisor to implement sourcing strategies for current and future positions, helping us attract and retain top talent, while enhancing diversity within the Practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement sourcing strategies for current and future positions, including social media, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
  • Collaborate closely with Internal Stakeholders and the Talent Team to ensure candidates have a positive impression of Pick Everard throughout their application journey.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, from pre-screening and shortlisting to extending offers and facilitating onboarding.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to Hiring Managers as needed to enhance interview and selection processes, as well as decision-making.
  • Develop talent communities to enrich our business units.
  • Keep up to date with sourcing techniques and consistently seek to improve our recruitment practices.
  • Contribute to improvement projects, such as creating recruitment videos, participating in STEM activities, and highlighting our current talent.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a recruitment role, delivering end-to-end services.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and conducting CV database searches, along with the skill to create engaging advertisements.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, MS Office, and other relevant software.
  • Experience with social media and a desire to collaborate with our marketing team to develop strong recruitment marketing campaigns that enhance our brand awareness.
  • A genuine interest in people and a passion for building strong working relationships.
