Job Summary

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at one of our care homes. As a Nurse, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care to our residents, tailoring your approach to meet their individual needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with our care team to develop and implement care plans that promote independence, dignity, and well-being.
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure our residents receive the best possible care.
  • Support our residents to maintain their physical and mental health, including administering medication and providing wound care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our residents, their families, and our care team to ensure a seamless and supportive care experience.

Requirements
  • Valid NMC registration and a current PIN number.
  • Experience working in a care home environment, preferably with a focus on dementia care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our care team and residents.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality care and a commitment to our values of kindness, compassion, and respect.
