Clinical Unit Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Unit Manager to join our dedicated care home team at HC One. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to our residents, while also mentoring and developing our nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of registered nurses and care staff to deliver high-quality care and services to our residents.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents, ensuring their dignity and well-being are always at the forefront.
- Mentor and support the development of our nursing staff, providing guidance and coaching to help them achieve their full potential.
- Collaborate with other members of the care home team to ensure seamless delivery of care and services.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote excellence in care and service delivery.
- Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number and a strong commitment to the profession.
- Proven experience in a nursing leadership role, with a track record of delivering high-quality care and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the changing needs of the care home.
