About the RoleWe're seeking a Clinical Unit Manager to join our team at one of our care homes. As a Clinical Unit Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of nurses and care staff to deliver high-quality care to our residents. You'll work closely with our residents, their families, and our multidisciplinary team to ensure that every individual receives the care and support they need.

- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and make recommendations for improvement
