Job Summary

We're seeking a Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number to join our team as a Clinical Unit Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering person-centred care to our residents, mentoring and supporting your colleagues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our care home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Mentor and support colleagues to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Ensure the effective management of care home operations, including staff rotas, medication management, and resident care plans
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Advocate for residents' rights and dignity, and promote a culture of kindness and respect
Requirements
  • Valid Pin number and registration with the NMC
  • Experience in a care home setting, preferably in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Passion for delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on residents' lives
