About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our care home team. As a nurse at HC-One, you will have the opportunity to build on your existing skill set, practicing in a nurse-led environment, developing complex decision-making and collaborative skills. You will make a difference to our Residents at a time of their life when they may feel the most vulnerable, and they will look to you to guide and support them in life-changing decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to our Residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with the multidisciplinary team.
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews, monitoring the Residents' progress and adjusting care plans as needed.
- Communicate effectively with Residents, their families, and colleagues, ensuring a person-centered approach to care.
- Participate in training and development opportunities, maintaining a high level of professional knowledge and skills.

Person Specification
We are looking for a Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number and a passion for delivering high-quality care. Essential qualifications include a Degree in Nursing and UK NMC Pin Qualified. Desirable qualifications include additional experience and qualifications in a care home setting.
