About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our care home team. As a nurse at HC-One, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our Residents, providing high-quality care and support that is tailored to their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred care to Residents, promoting their independence and dignity at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver high-quality care and support that meets the needs of Residents.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that are tailored to the individual needs of Residents.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge as a nurse.

Person Specification

We are looking for a Registered Nurse who:

  • Has a degree in Nursing and a valid UK NMC Pin
  • Has experience of working in a care home environment
  • Is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to Residents
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Is able to work collaboratively as part of a team
