Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our care home team. As a nurse at HC-One, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our Residents, providing high-quality care and support that is tailored to their individual needs.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care to Residents, working closely with the care team to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Develop and implement care plans that are tailored to the individual needs of each Resident.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure Residents receive the best possible care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care policies and procedures.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
About You
We are looking for a Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to our Residents. You will have a valid NMC Pin and a degree in Nursing. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
