We are currently expanding and looking for talented, forward-thinking commercial professionals to join our team at CappKind Limited.

Key Accountabilities
  • Provide core commercial services for our clients, including post-contract responsibilities on a highways project in Derby city centre.
  • Work closely with clients and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with RICS regulations.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in quantity surveying, preferably in highways projects or similar infrastructure projects.
  • In-depth understanding of contractual and commercial processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
