Job Title: Commercial Quantity Surveyor Graduate

We are seeking an experienced Contract Management Specialist to manage client contracts, administer supply-chain contract management, and provide project support across various infrastructure projects.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Administration: Manage and administer client contracts, including contractual change using EWN and Compensation event processes.
  • Supply Chain Management: Implement and manage supply-chain contract management procedures.
  • Subcontract Management: Draft and negotiate subcontracts, administer subcontracts, and mitigate risks.
  • Supplier Payment Management: Manage and assess supplier payment applications.
  • Commercial Issue Resolution: Collaborate with project teams to resolve commercial issues.
  • Contract Interpretation: Provide guidance on contract interpretation and application.

Requirements:
  • A relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of NEC suite of contracts (NEC3 & NEC4).
  • A solid understanding of construction and contract law.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Excel and Word.
