Construction Contract Negotiator

Premier Technical Recruitment Ltd requires an experienced Quantity Surveyor to complement their Supply Chain team. The ideal candidate will possess a good understanding of construction and contract law, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and negotiate new client contracts
• Manage and administer existing contracts, including implementing contractual changes using EWN and Compensation event processes
• Create and manage client payment applications
• Collaborate closely with project teams to resolve any commercial issues that may arise
Requirements:
• At least 4 years equivalent experience gained within an engineering and technical environment
• Excellent attention to detail and highly organised, self-motivated individual
• Proficiency in MS suite, including Excel and Word
Salary and Benefits:
£56,000 + car allowance + benefits including flexible working + bonus. Located in Derby.
