Senior Contract Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and negotiate client contracts using NEC Contracts.
- Manage and administer existing contracts, including contractual changes and quotes for instructions.
- Draft and negotiate subcontracts, ensuring compliance with NEC principles.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience (4+ years).
- Membership of a relevant professional body advantageous.
- Extensive knowledge of NEC contracts (NEC3 & NEC4) and construction/contract law.
- Excellent IT skills, particularly in MS Office.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Flexible working hours.
