About the Role

As a Senior Administration Manager, you will play a crucial part in the day-to-day operations of our administration department. You will be responsible for providing senior secretarial services to the business unit and corporate functions, ensuring the effectiveness of all communications and organisational systems.

Your duties will include supervising a team of secretaries, coordinating meetings, and managing the distribution and prioritisation of incoming mail and emails. You will also be responsible for monitoring and maintaining records of sickness and absence, and managing the management team rotas.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure. You should also have a good understanding of medical terminology and the 18-week RTT process.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including employee assistance programmes, discounted gym membership, and on-site fitness classes.
