About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Business Support Exec, where no two days will be the same. You'll be working with high-worth customers, providing a bespoke service and handling a variety of queries, from hotel bookings to issues with our Business Booker system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support all customer requirements of new and existing Business-2-Business accounts, developing relationships with key stakeholders across those organisations.
  • Support customers with Business Account queries, including new card queries, report access, and system adoption.
  • Understand the key selling points of our Business Products, including Business Booker and Business Account, and provide support where necessary.
  • Regularly contact self-serve customers to understand their changing business requirements and provide further support.
  • Work within tight deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and resolve queries in a timely manner.
What We Need
  • Ability to grow and develop strong working relationships with business customers.
  • Experience using Business Booker, Business Account MI portal, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to build genuine rapport and trust to win support at all levels of an organisation externally and internally.
  • Strong understanding and ability to explain the values and benefits of our Business Products.
  • Excellent ability to build internal relationships across Premier Inn teams and engage multi-functional resources around key tasks.
