Trainee Property Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Trainee Property Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and tenants, while also learning the skills and knowledge required to succeed in this exciting and rewarding career.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with tenants and landlords to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Manage and coordinate property viewings, valuations, and inspections.
  • Book and schedule maintenance and repair works.
  • Update our CRM system accurately and efficiently.
  • Conduct property inspections and provide detailed reports.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, tenants, and contractors.
  • Provide administrative support to the team.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A genuine passion for the property industry and a background in lettings or property administration.
  • A full UK driving licence and own transport.
  • Confident, personable, and professional.
  • Strong team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Great IT skills, including Word, Excel, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent customer service skills with attention to detail.
