Job Title: Head of Centre – Property Management

Leaders Romans Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Centre to join our Property Management team in Crawley. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Property Managers and Inventory Clerks, providing day-to-day support and ensuring the smooth running of the branch portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and support to Property Management Team Leaders on productivity and output.
  • Conduct morning meetings to ensure team alignment and goal setting.
  • Assist with recruitment of Property Management Team Leaders and provide training and development opportunities.
  • Investigate customer complaints and propose appropriate responses.
  • Coordinate and provide training to Property Management teams.
  • Support the Property Management department in achieving strategic objectives.
  • Conduct audits of property management departments and ensure best practices are shared.
  • Monitor team performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the level of service provided to internal and external customers.
  • Work on group projects and initiatives to ensure successful implementation.
  • Direct line management responsibility for Property Management Team Leaders.
  • Enforce strategic objectives and ensure adequate cover in the department.
  • Monitor workload and staff morale, and provide support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proven experience leading a team in the property industry.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of legislation and regulations.
  • Full UK driving license required.
