Key Responsibilities
  • Building Relationships: Develop strong relationships with our estate agency team through training and support.
  • Conducting Appointments: Conduct 2-3 appointments per day, providing advice on a range of products and services to meet customers' needs.
  • Attracting New Customers: Identify and attract new customers and business opportunities, while achieving professional goals within a result-driven environment.
Requirements
  • Resilient and Positive Attitude: Demonstrate a resilient, positive, and friendly can-do attitude.
  • Strong Sales Track Record: Showcase a strong track record in generating new sales and following through to completion.
  • Motivated to Succeed: Be motivated to achieve success and driven to excel in a result-driven environment.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to doing the right thing by the customer.
  • Full UK Driving Licence: Possess a full UK driving licence.
