Are you a qualified Mortgage Advisor looking to take your career to the next level? Do you want to work with a leading estate agency and property services provider in the UK? We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Mortgage Advisor to join our team at Connells Group.

About the Role

As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, you will work closely with our estate agency colleagues to maximize mortgage and protection sales from quality leads. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional client care and service, helping each client find the solution that best suits their individual needs and circumstances.

You will advise on and arrange residential mortgages, Buy to Let mortgages, remortgages, and product transfers, as well as award-winning non-regulated insurance products from market-leading insurers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work hand in hand with estate agency colleagues to maximize mortgage and protection sales from quality leads.
  • Deliver exceptional client care and service, helping each client find the solution that best suits their individual needs and circumstances.
  • Advise on and arrange residential mortgages, Buy to Let mortgages, remortgages, and product transfers, as well as award-winning non-regulated insurance products.
  • Work with and provide feedback to residential team in respect of progress to leads provided.
Requirements
  • Fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent.
  • Banking or financial background preferred but not essential.
  • Minimum of 1 year's sales experience (working towards targets/objectives).
  • Positive and resilient attitude.
  • Naturally driven to reach and exceed goals.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and a team player.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Numerate and detail-conscious.
