Maintenance Scheduling Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join Luton Bennett as a Service Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance scheduling, monitoring breakdowns, and reporting on contract performance. You will work closely with our planning software to arrange engineer calls with customers and prepare service engineer job packages.
Key Skills:- Administration experience and/or scheduling coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
