**Job Description**:

- An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a leading Social Housing provider in Cornwall, offering hybrid working and an excellent benefits package.
- The position as a Scheduler is on a full-time, permanent basis within a small team in the Property Services department. This position would primarily involve working to organise the diaries of colleagues within the trades and surveying sectors to ensure that works are planned efficiently.
- Further responsibilities would include:
- To manage the scheduling of planned and emergency works- Scheduling work orders in a timely and efficient manner to ensure appointments are travel-efficient- To liaise with customers to ensure they are kept updated and informed of any visitsThe ideal person would have experience in scheduling works previously, which doesn’t have to be within the property sector. They must have excellent IT skills, be happy to answer the phone and have excellent organisational abilities.
