Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Service Users: Provide daily support and routine care to individuals, promoting independence and enabling them to live a fulfilling life.
  • Develop Personal Skills: Encourage and support the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests, helping individuals to reach their full potential.
  • Healthcare Needs: Assist with maintaining and administering medication, accompanying service users to appointments, and providing general healthcare support.
  • Life Skills Training: Teach life skills such as budgeting, paying bills, and shopping, empowering individuals to manage their daily lives.
  • Personal Care: Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and toileting, as needed.
  • Domestic Tasks: Help with domestic tasks, including cleaning and cooking, to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
Requirements:
  • Experience: No prior experience in the care sector is necessary, as we offer comprehensive training and coaching.
