We are looking for an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as a Relief Team Leader at Broadmeadow Care Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of carers in delivering high-quality care to service users.
Broadmeadow provides short-term placements to help people regain their independence and meet their goals. We offer support to individuals living with dementia and other cognitive issues in our dedicated 8-bed unit. Our team works closely with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Key Requirements- Experience in health and social care sector
- Flexible and organised approach
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Confident in leading a team and providing supervision and support to staff
