We are seeking an Account Growth Strategist to join our team at ams AG Gr. As an Account Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to grow our portfolio of automotive aftermarket customers and increase revenue.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience managing or working within the automotive aftermarket industry.
  • A proven track record of driving growth and revenue in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze market trends and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Highly numerate with a solid commercial acumen to manage budgets and forecasts.

We estimate that the salary for this position is approximately $110,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure is based on industry standards and reflects the level of expertise and responsibility required for this role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing strategic plans to grow our portfolio of automotive aftermarket customers and increase revenue.
  • Managing relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Analyzing market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to track progress and measure success.
