Lead Animal Health Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled veterinary surgeon to join our team as Lead Vet. The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience and be passionate about delivering high-quality care.
About the JobAs a Lead Vet, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical services of our practice. This includes managing a team of veterinarians and supporting them in their development.
- Our practice has a state-of-the-art facility, equipped with advanced equipment such as cardiac ultrasound, dental x-rays, and endoscopes.
- We have a diverse caseload, including exotic animals, which presents opportunities for personal and professional growth.
As a Lead Vet with us, you can look forward to a competitive salary up to £80k, bonus potential of £16k, medical insurance, private GP, £1500 CPD, funded certificate, time off for studies, professional fees paid, and life assurance.
Additionally, we offer a simple equity partnership with a guaranteed exit strategy every two years if required.
