About the RoleThis is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week over 4 days. The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per year.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Perform routine examinations, diagnostics, and treatments on a variety of animals.
- Conduct surgical procedures as needed, including spaying, neutering, and other minor surgeries.
- Collaborate with veterinary nurses and support staff to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Provide guidance and advice to pet owners on general care, feeding, and wellness.
- Veterinary degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid veterinary license to practice in the UK.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
- CPD Allowance.
- VDS, RCVS, and BVA fees paid.
