Business Growth Manager

We're looking for a skilled Business Development Executive to join our team at Salt. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of 50-60 accounts and driving new business in Public, Education, and Healthcare sectors.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in collaboration with channel partners.
* Present tailored cyber security solutions to meet customer needs and drive sales growth.
* Oversee the entire sales cycle, achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
Requirements:
* Strong sales background, preferably in the tech industry.
* Passion for cyber security and innovation.
* Proven track record in account management and new business development.
* Familiarity with Public, Education, or Healthcare sectors (a valuable asset).
* Excellent communication and results-driven skills.
