Electrifying Business Growth Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven Business Development Manager to join InstaVolt, the UK's leading public EV charging company. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, helping to meet the UK's ambitious net zero targets through the decarbonisation of transport.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a network of contacts through daily prospecting to attract new clients and drive business growth
- Identify market opportunities through meetings, networking, and other channels to expand our customer base
- Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales and revenue growth
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, participating in sales meetings to secure new business deals
- Drive engagement with clients to ensure swift and efficient completion of leases and deployment of chargers
- Ensure clients understand the entire process and required steps to deploy chargers
- Prepare and execute tender opportunities to secure new business contracts
- Understand overall sales targets for the business and contribute to achieving them
- Develop plans to deliver agreed sales targets, including sales forecasts and financial projections
- Liaise with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies that drive business growth
- Produce reports for management to track business performance and identify areas for improvement
- A proven track record of selling and growing accounts to meet business demand, with experience and passion for a brand being an advantage
- The ability to seek new opportunities using tailored approaches, while adapting to client requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience prioritising tasks to meet business requirements and meeting deadlines
- Proven experience working in a team, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- A flexible style to work across multiple clients at various levels, with the ability to manage numerous projects and deliver business objectives
- Self-motivation, with the ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
- Target-driven, with the ability to perform well under pressure
- Knowledge of the EV industry and/or real estate industry is beneficial but not essential
- Competitive salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
- Company sick pay (30 days full pay & 30 days half pay per annum)
