Job Title: Loreto College Administrator
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrator to join our team at Loreto College.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the college's Administrative Department, ensuring that all office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office administration, including reception, mail, and other services
- Co-ordinate meetings, events, and projects
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Develop and implement administrative procedures
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations
Requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
