Job Title: Administrative Department Head
Loreto College is seeking an experienced Office Manager to provide an efficient and effective service as part of the college's outstanding Administrative Department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, ensuring seamless communication with staff and stakeholders, and maintaining a high level of administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office administration, including reception, mail, and other services
- Co-ordinate meetings, events, and projects
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Develop and implement administrative procedures
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations
Requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
