About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estate Manager & Property Administrator to join our team at Private Advertiser. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Directors and Land Agents in the management of multiple estates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of residential, agricultural, and commercial properties, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
  • Administration: Provide administrative support to estate owners, including preparation of tenancy agreements, rent reviews, and maintenance of property records.
  • Liaison: Establish and maintain effective relationships with tenants, estate staff, and external contractors to ensure smooth property management and administration.
  • Compliance: Ensure all properties are compliant with relevant health and safety regulations, and maintain accurate records of property compliance.
Requirements
  • Administrative Experience: Proven experience in administrative roles, with a strong focus on property management and administration.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • IT Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Word and Excel, and experience with property management software.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with tenants, estate staff, and external contractors.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet the changing needs of the business.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 per annum.
  • Holiday Entitlement: 25 days holiday per annum, plus bank holidays.
  • Pension Scheme: Contributory company pension scheme.
  • Core Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00.
  • Onsite Parking: Available for staff.
