Job Opportunity with a Respected Estate Agency
We are seeking an experienced Estate Agent to join our team at a mid to upper market rural estate agency in the Salisbury area. Due to an excellent start to the year, the agency is looking to strengthen their team by taking on a Sales Manager/Valuation Manager.
This is a key appointment for the business, and we are looking for an experienced professional to help them grow their business. A hardworking and results-driven attitude will be rewarded with a great package, prospects, and progression potential.
The role involves all aspects of estate agency, but we're particularly looking for someone skilled at winning business on valuations. The agency has extremely high standards of customer service with an excellent reputation locally. We're looking for someone able to uphold these high standards.
About the Role
- Manage and grow the sales team to achieve business objectives
- Conduct valuations and negotiate sales to maximize revenue
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share
