As a Nested Area Partner, you will be responsible for developing and executing your local strategy, marketing tactics, and business growth plan. With the autonomy to work independently, you will have the opportunity to build a successful estate agency business in the area you know best.
We provide comprehensive marketing support, including doorknocking, direct mail, and local advertising, to help you attract new clients and grow your business. Our team of marketing professionals is available to guide and support you every step of the way.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a truly all-encompassing role that allows you to do estate agency your way, while leveraging the brand, products, and services of Nested.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a local business growth strategy, including marketing tactics and sales initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners to drive business growth and success.
- Manage a marketing budget to generate leads, build a local valuation machine, and drive business growth.
- Align with the Nested brand values and customer-centric approach to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Utilize market-leading customer apps to provide exclusive property insights, manage viewings, and streamline communication with clients.
- Participate in a values-driven estate agency with ambitious growth plans, an active Area Partner community, and hands-on training to develop your career.
- Enjoy truly flexible working arrangements, allowing you to work where, when, and how you want.
- 5-10 years of top industry experience in valuing residential property, winning business, selling stock, and delighting customers.
- A clear understanding of what it takes to manage a marketing budget, generate leads, and build a local valuation machine.
- Alignment with the Nested brand values and a customer-centric approach.
- Strong social media skills, with the ability to build your brand and engage with your community.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive business growth and success.
- A passion for innovation and a willingness to adapt to changing market conditions.
