Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Transformation Leader to join our team at Fractal. As a key member of our retail practice, you will be responsible for driving business growth through digital innovation.

About the Role

In this role, you will lead and grow our retail practice with a focus on grocery, food, drug, mass merchandise, electronics, and athleisure. Your primary objective will be to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth using data analytics, forecasting, and order management.

You will work closely with our capability teams in AI, Engineering, Design & Behavioral Sciences to design and deliver solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. Your expertise in project management, client relationship management, and people management will be crucial in achieving your goals.

As a Digital Transformation Leader, you will contribute to firm growth by participating in training sessions, delivering digital transformation projects, and working closely with the sales organization to win and grow new business.

Preferred candidates will have 4 years of relevant experience in running data analytics projects, project management, client relationship management & people management, P&L management. They should also demonstrate knowledge, skills, and abilities concerning global business fundamentals, business models, ethics, competitive analysis, and cross-cultural/geographical sensitivities.

Education

Bachelors in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Economics, International Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Marketing & Strategy, Finance, Business Analytics.
