Digital Transformation Leader

DP World is a leading global port and terminal operator with over 103,000 employees spanning 75 countries. We are looking for an experienced Digital Transformation Leader to join our team in Europe.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage the digital transformation of business units and regions across Europe.
  • Drive the delivery of digital solutions and applications that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Develop and implement digital strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new technologies and processes.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to teams.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Analyze data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in digital transformation and technology leadership.
  • Extensive experience in managing large-scale projects and programs.
  • Strong technical knowledge of software development lifecycle, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
  • High level of analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of AU$150,000 - AU$200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
