About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Leader to join our Business Applications team at Telefónica Tech UK&I. As a key member of our Retail & Manufacturing Practice, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-profile manufacturing and retail D365 projects.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage complex projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their needs, develop project plans, and coordinate resources to achieve project objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in project management, specifically in delivering D365 projects within the retail and manufacturing sectors. A strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies is essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service.
  • Team Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and coordination to achieve project goals.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, sponsors, and internal teams, to ensure everyone is informed and aligned with project progress.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering D365 projects in the retail and manufacturing sectors.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.
  • Certifications: PMP or PRINCE II certification desirable.
