We're seeking an ambitious, self-motivated individual with a passion for revolutionizing the financial services industry through digital innovation. As a key member of our team, you'll lead customer experience transformation projects across the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with innovative, customer-centric companies to leverage Salesforce for business innovation.
  • Drive transformative initiatives to improve client connections with customers and their perception in the financial services industry.
  • Employ a combination of strategy, user research, visioning, ideation, visual storytelling, business model design, rapid prototyping, and in-market concept testing to deliver compelling, insight-based solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them unlock significant value from their Salesforce implementations.

Requirements

We're looking for an experienced professional with:

  • A passion for digital innovation and its impact on the financial services industry.
  • Proven experience in leading customer experience projects.
  • Experience in Sales/Pre-Sales is a plus.
  • The ability to solve complex problems through insight-based concepts and prototypes.
  • A maker's mindset, ready to lead various aspects of innovation engagements across industries.
