Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Team Leader to join our team at Northgate Vehicle Hire Limited. As a key member of our Branch Management Team, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery and collection of vehicles to customers.

About the Role

As a successful Team Leader in branch, you will be responsible for inspiring and motivating your team of Customer Delivery Agents to work together to achieve excellent customer service and efficient fleet management. You will take ownership of the allocation and utilisation of the fleet at your site, ensuring that the right vehicles are delivered to the right customers at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the delivery and collection of vehicles to customers
  • Lead and motivate a team of Customer Delivery Agents to achieve excellent customer service and efficient fleet management
  • Take ownership of the allocation and utilisation of the fleet at your site
  • Ensure that the right vehicles are delivered to the right customers at the right time
  • Work closely with the Branch Management Team to achieve business objectives
