We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Brigade Leader to join our team in a stylish and elegant hotel. This permanent position offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including complimentary nights with breakfast and 50% discount.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in an AA Rosette establishment, with experience in leading a kitchen brigade and managing a section. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be computer literate.

The key focus of this role is to lead a section, creating exquisite dishes and working to the highest standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and overseeing daily operations, supervising and leading Commis and Demi Chefs, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen section.

Kitchen Team Management:
  • Recruit, train, and develop your team members
  • Ensure high-quality food production and presentation
  • Monitor and maintain a safe and hygienic working environment
  • Control food costs and maintain inventory levels
Communication and Teamwork:
  • Foster open and effective communication with colleagues
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
