In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen brigade, maintaining high standards of food quality, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through ongoing training and mentorship.

  • Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Managing the kitchen team and delegating tasks effectively.
  • Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Developing and implementing new menu ideas.
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets.
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
