Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Principal Governance Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and developing parts of the Engineering Operating framework and Governance Systems.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a STEM subject or equivalent relevant experience, knowledge of Engineering Governance principles ideally gained from at least one project, and the ability to travel (UK mainly with possible occasional international travel).

Key Responsibilities
  • Create policies and processes to help reduce risk and improve program efficiency and effectiveness across the international engineering teams
  • Create and deliver several parts of the assurance framework and auditing plan
  • Deploying policies and processes across the engineering organisation
  • Supporting a culture of continuous improvement
