We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Leadership Role candidate to join our team at Michael Page (UK). As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for driving business growth, leading sales teams, and engaging in high-level business meetings and negotiations.
About the RoleThis role offers a competitive starting salary of £70,000-£90,000 per annum, with a strong commission structure and opportunities for personal and professional development. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, with a track record of driving business growth and revenue increase
- Excellent business development skills, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire team members
- Proficiency in using sales management software, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Outstanding negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively
