Learning and Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Learning and Development Administrator to join our dynamic L&D team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving a culture of excellence that supports our company's values of inclusion, diversity, sustainability, and equality.
Key Responsibilities:- Curate and administer content on our Learning Management System (LMS), working closely with the L&D team and business stakeholders to ensure accurate pathways and content allocation.
- Support the creation and delivery of L&D sessions, project managing program development under the direction of senior L&D team members and internal stakeholders.
- Manage the L&D team inbox, ensuring requests are dealt with quickly and effectively, and provide excellent customer service to internal colleagues and external partners.
- Proactively manage the L&D calendar and schedule sessions, collaborating with the L&D Partners to ensure efficient administration.
- Strong organization and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize own workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
- Data measurement and analysis skills, using feedback surveys and internal reports and databases.
