Fitness Role Overview

We seek an enthusiastic and energetic Fitness Instructor in Cambridge to inspire our teams.

This Fitness Instructor position involves creating and maintaining motivating environments for our clients.

  • Provide personalized fitness coaching to meet unique client needs
  • Create and maintain a supporting and motivating environment
  • Lead exercise classes and demonstrate proper techniques
  • Plan, promote, and execute fitness programmes and events
  • Track client progress and provide constructive feedback

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Previous experience as a Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer
  • A dynamic and engaging personality to motivate others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to diverse fitness levels
