We're seeking a dynamic Fitness Instructor in Cambridge to lead physical health promotion initiatives and empower individuals to adopt healthier lifestyles.
Job Description:
Lead fitness coaching sessions, design engaging workout experiences, and foster a supportive community environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality fitness coaching services to clients, tailoring programmes to meet their specific needs.
- Create and maintain a motivating and supportive environment that encourages participants to strive for excellence.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan, promote, and execute fitness events and workshops that promote physical activity and wellness.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular feedback and guidance to support their progress.
- Stay updated on industry developments, exploring new ideas and methods to enhance your coaching approach.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience as a Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer.
- A strong passion for physical health promotion and a desire to inspire others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and colleagues.
- The ability to adapt coaching styles to meet diverse client needs.
