IFS is seeking a seasoned enterprise software business leader to support key accounts in the UK. As part of the IFS Global Aerospace & Defence team, you will work closely with clients to develop and execute sales strategies.
With a proven track record in complex sales, you will be responsible for generating revenue from license and maintenance sales, leading the execution of the sales cycle, and developing relationships within the broader defense supply chain community.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing key account strategies
- Leading the end-to-end sales process from customer engagement to RFI/RFP process
- Ensuring customer satisfaction across IFS service delivery
- Collaborating with the Global Aerospace & Defence Team to build a strong internal collaboration network
Essential skills and experience:
- Extensive experience selling complex business software
- Proven track record in complex sales at C-level with clients >1B revenue
- Demonstrated success with large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns in a fast-paced, consultative, and competitive market
- Sales experience in defense or government sector
- Strong knowledge of Aerospace & Defense Industry
- Strong oral and written business presentation skills
- Fluent English
Preferred skills and experience:
- Demonstrable enterprise software sales experience preferably in a related industry
- Engineering Degree and/or Aircraft Maintenance Engineering experience
