About the Role

Norgine is seeking a highly skilled Consumer Promotional Compliance Manager to join our global Consumer Healthcare team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of our consumer materials and activities with local regulations and company policies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively across multiple functions and therapeutic areas. You will be responsible for reviewing and approving promotional and non-promotional consumer materials, as well as providing guidance and support to content owners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve consumer materials and activities for compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Provide guidance and support to content owners on consumer content governance, copy approval, and local requirements.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential opportunities and risks.
  • Lead communication and submissions with external agencies to ensure compliance and approval.
  • Manage regional budgets and identify, contract, and manage external third-party experts as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple functions and therapeutic areas.
  • Demonstrated track record of building and maintaining a KOL network.
  • Experience working in Consumer Healthcare (OTC products and/or Medical Devices).
  • Medical degree desirable; Scientific/health-related degree acceptable if supported by good experience.
